Stress has become so integral to many of our lives, that sometimes we do not even realize that we are stressed.
Living in stress, we lose our joys, feel unappreciated, overwhelmed and resentful. Without our sense of well-being, life often seems hard, futile, overwhelming or empty.
When this happens, some of us get depressed. Others start focusing on our work, children or friends ... or something else to keep "happy".
Still others blame spouses, bosses or co-workers. In the process, we often leave perfectly good marriages and jobs and keep searching for something that will make us feel whole and happy again.
The answer lies within us. More specifically, in our energy systems.
Our thoughts are energy. Our feelings are energy. Our beliefs are energy. It follows that when we start understanding energy and working with it, we can find unexpected answers, guidance and resources within us and literally change our personal worlds. As our thoughts, so our deeds. So we find ourselves acting in more resourceful ways and becoming more aware of ourselves and our choices.
